Intake Information
- Call 615-890-2282 between 7:30am and 3:00pm for an appointment for intake.
- Intake starts at 9:00am, and lasts approximately an hour and a half. Latecomers will be rescheduled.
- Parents/Guardians and students must attend intake.
- A utility bill must be presented as proof of residency.
